It'll probably be a couple of years since New York is estimating 8 months for my dad's birth certificate and the IRCC is currently quoting 18 months... but gives me time to dig up more evidence, since New Brunswick wasn't issuing birth certificates in 1867.... I have lots of data though. I thhink it'll pass muster

Our grandson is going to school in Toronto, and we have a pretty good friend in Vancouver.. I like what I hear about both those cities. Our family has some property in VT so Quebec feels like a good option too, esp since my daughter and grandchildren live in France, I've got a good start on the language...

Saint John NB had a giant fire in 1877 that took out most of the town. Many records lost. The oldest sibling of the family has an existing baptismal record, but none of the others. Request in to the central offices of the church (Presbyterian) because we have to have official "no record found" to submit to IRCC
