the other day bluesky rolled out a new website. i was having trouble so i sent a question to the helpline. While typing my question I had a brain fart and said I was using Windows 7. Here's the great thing: they replied and sent me about six paragraphs to help me solve the problem based on using Windows 7. That's service.
