and to you as well! I fell a couple of winters ago and broke the bone in my arm just below my shoulder, they couldn't cast it, had to use a sling for 5 or 6 weeks. Still doesn't work like it used to.

funny thing happen when we take a fall. i have this inky black bruise th ize of two hands on a place that did not hit the ground. probably from twisting

pulled a tendon maybe? is it in an area where that could be? My dear departed hubby did that once, fell awkwardly on his knees in a sort of split, and wound up with a huge bruise way up at the top on his thigh from a pulled tendon.

probably a good idea. I went a couple of days with my shoulder hurting before I finally went in, and the xray showed the cracked bone.

it happened friday late afternoon so had the whole weekend to recover. but it gets worse

do you have a sling? I don't think it could hurt. They had me get one that also strapped my elbow tight so nothing moved much. But that little waist strap was removable, and I took it off after a week or so and was just careful not to swing it around. Just kept the weight of it from hanging.
