She has Downs syndrome, so has the world's most fabulous stubborn streak. I wake her up by seizing the opportunity to get her socks on before she is out of bed. That's two less limbs to deal with later. Shes fabulous once shes awake and running but OMW not so good before her morning drink when shes half awake. Same as all of us.

Rob is catching up on sleep at last. He sleeps like a baby. Most nights, the app says he has slept like 4 or 5 hours of deep sleep and about 10 or 11 in total. One or zero apnoea attacks an hour. And no more snoring at all.
