I managed to get hit on the head with one of the windows that Rob made for our tiny house. Got a lump the size of a dove's egg. But it has gone down a bit overnight. Caya is going okay, has a lot on her plate but is managing. Tomorrow we are going to empty out the container, get all our stuff here. THen we will have to sort it all out... see if anything is salvageble after 5 years in a humid sea container.

i am pretty pleased with myself. have done both gym sessions, and the hydro pool this week. a little difficult. lacking energy plus plus. combo of the tail end of the ketamine, and lingering effects of covid. oh, and my breathing has much improved too. taking it slowly when doing exercises, but still completing the full program.

Rose, I postponed so many things until Michael died. Don't do it. I have most everything fixed now. It has taken me over 4 years to find the people to do the fixing since I'm in a rural area, but the people I found have been fantastic, and will always come back and help me if I call them.
