I don't know yet. If it can become white noise, I might be okay with it. If not, I will need to wear earplugs and hope that will quiet it down enough. We will make it work somehow.

it's just a soft whooshing noise as the air is pushed through the hose. the motor itself isn't very loud at all.

I have tried that, but he tends to wake up enough to be disturbed by it. And I would have to do it so many times a night. At least one of us is getting some sleep now. Just a little while longer until he sees the specialist!
