... that's the sum of your scores for the last fourteen days .... .... which means that every day the score from fifteen days ago drops off ... ... so if you got more points on the day fifteen days ago than you got today (actually yesterday) then that total goes down ....

I misspoke a bit ... it's the last 30 days not the last 14 ... that's for another game ... ... .... you'd particularly notice it if you finished the game 30 days ago but then don't finish it today ... ... ... the other columns are accumulating totals from when you joined the game so they never decline ..

I think the enable list is free which is why a lot of word game developers used it. I'm afraid if he had to pay for a different one he would just shut the site down instead.

Even an updated dictionary would contain the ethnic slurs. Dictionaries don't discern on the basis of offense. They list words and definitions.

I did mean babblets. And these things are words, but they play on stereotypesiWhen you look these words up in a dictionary, it is made clear that it is offensive.I think the online dictionary does that. Words have meanings and in these times, we know the damage they can do. I don't know the answer to what should be done as I believe in free speech. I just don't like to be confronted with these words when I am playing something that is only a game.

but this comes up every time there's an offensive word in the grid. i think it should be clear after years of it that doc does not plan to remove them, unless he has not noticed the many many times it's been discussed. i would bet some people have also emailed him about it directly though. so like... what is the point of complaining about it every time if you know that's just how it's gonna be?

there was this funny bit on one of the eps i watched last night... there was this family of italian immigrants to england where the parents had built up a fish & chip restaurant business with also like food trucks that would go around to sell fish & chips in more places. and the dad had just died of a heart attack and his son wants to try a crazy (according to his mother) idea - selling pizza! "pizza is what italian peasants eat! british people aren't going to buy that!
they want fish and chips!" but he believes pizza can become popular. and then one of the main characters, who is eating at the restaurant, says, "i had pizza once in Italy".
