The outcome was I was highly intelligent but also very tightly strung, unhappy and beyond perfectionistic. The advice was to learn to take things easy, to 'go with the flow'. Yeah. I know. I can imagine. I used to do gymnastics in warm water too. Problem was, getting out and then getting dry and dressed again was too much. My body couldn't manage. But I loved the warm water and being so light and able to move.

we are less extreme here, though still pretty crazy. We have had temps close to freezing a few weeks ago, lots of rain, and now it is in the 30s.

usually in Melbourne it is pretty temperate, but this year I am wearing thick woolen jumpers, and fleecy hoodies.

oh and btw, we have microplasmic pneumonia happening here. a bacterial infection, usually children, but the adults are going down like flies. not really sick, just a persistent dry cough and headaches. fortunately it's a simple case of get the antibiotics. unfortunately there is no vax, and you can catch it multiole times.
