i just put 4 heaps spoonfuls of plain flour,pinch of salt, 2 eggs and start mixing and then i add milk and water til it's a thickish consistency.put the oil in the bottom of the tins and heat until hot, whisk the mixture until it's bubbly and pour in and cook on high heat for 20-25 mins and mine always rise to humungus things
